THREAD MILLING Endmill MTF Type
MTF shell mills are recommended for large thread diameters.
This type of tool is suitable for thread production with long overhang. The pockets for inserts
are produced with high accuracy and uniformity, meaning there is no need to select or
adjust inserts for thread milling operations. MTF tools are mounted on standard shell mill
adapters.
