ISCAR and UNITAC expand the range of FINEBEAM Tools for Deep Drilling.



ISCAR and UNITAC have created new FINEBEAM tools to expand the existing range of diameters (25.00-83.00mm) by adding a new range of tools, inserts and spare parts between 83.01-89.00mm intended for deep drilling operations.

There are 5 inserts which are mounted on the tool that provide the following advantages:
  • 1. Smaller chips which guarantee better chip control and evacuation.
  • 2. Lower machine consumption
  • 3. No cartridges which lower the cost of the tool.
  • 4. Stable and easy insert mounting.
