M30-M40 A tough substrate with PVD coating, suitable for wide range of

S20-S30 interrupted cuts and machining under unstable conditions.
IC508 P20-P40 A broad-spectrum grade with a tough-submicron fine grain
M20-M30 substrate and PVD coating. Designed for machining main types
K20-K30 of engineering materials at various cutting speeds. Features
N10-N30 excellent notch wear and built-up edge resistance. Suitable for
S10-S25 interrupted cutting and machining under unfavorable conditions.
H20-H30
IC520 M10-M20 A hard substrate PVD coated grade. Intended mainly for TiN
machining austenitic stainless steel, high-temperature alloys and TiCN
N10-N15 Titanium. Base

TiAIN
IC806 P10-P20 A hard submicron fine grain substrate, PVD coated grade AlTiN
M10-M20 followed by a SUMOTEC surface treatment. Applied mainly to Base
K10-K25 machining heat- resistant superalloys at moderate cutting speeds.

PVD COATED IC808 P15-P30 A tough, submicron fine grain size substrate with excellent TiAIN
M20-M30 chipping resistance, combined with a SUMOTEC PVD coating. Base
K20-K30 Provides high wear resistance. Recommended for a very wide
range of materials. TiN
S10-S25 TiAlN
H20-H30 A tough, submicron fine grain size substrate with PVD coating. Base
P15-P30 Features high resistance to chipping and abrasive wear. Designed
M20-M30 for machining a wide variety of engineering materials. TiN
IC808G K15-K25 TiAlN
A tough substrate with PVD coating and a special SUMOTEC Base
S10-S25 surface treatment. Suitable for machining steel and stainless steel
H10-H20 at low to medium cutting speeds and moderate to high feeds. AlTiN
P20-P40 The grade features high toughness and recommended for Base
M25-M35 interrupted cuts and machining under unstable conditions. May
be used on high temperature alloys at low cutting speeds. TiAlN
IC830 Base
Ultra-fine grain size, PVD coated. High wear resistance and
S15-S30 toughness. High speed, medium feed. Used for up to 62 HRC
hardened steel, Titanium, nickel-based alloys and stainless steel.
IC903 P10-P20
M15-M25 A hard submicron grain size substrate with a PVD coating,
K10-K20 suitable for a wide range of a materials such as steels, alloy
steels, hard steels, austenitic stainless steel and heat resistant
IC907 S10-S20 alloys at moderate to relatively high cutting speeds under stable
H10-H20 conditions. Features high wear resistance and plastic deformation
P10-P20 durability.
