The dipper is part of the backhoe loader and
shovel assembly construction.
The dipper arm is attached to the end of the boom
which provides the digging movement needed to
pull the bucket through the ground.
It is usually made from steel or cast iron and requires
final machining in milling, drilling, and boring.
